For Educators, there's always more and more work to do, it's almost as if one task gives birth to another. As we mark scripts and results roll out, we are already seeing aspects we need our kids to improve on and whether we like it or not, we know the work that is already cut out for us. In as much as I would love to say I want educators to rest and invest in their well-being during this break time, I want us to also find little time to do one thing a day that helps your work become better and more efficient in the term to come.
Personally, I'll suggest nothing more than an hour or two every day for intentional development.

Don't position yourself for rest and wellness and then procrastinate on your goals, at the end of the day, the goals won't smash themselves, plus it will be a huge source of stress and regret later on in the term if you refuse to act while you can, but imagine that as soon as the term is beginning, you are well rested but also have your strategies planned out, there's no greater joy for an educator than the feeling of being prepared to take on whatever is thrown at you.
The idea is for you to recharge on all fronts!
